About this directory. The agencies below are designated by the U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration (PRM) as Resettlement Agencies (RAs) under the federal Reception & Placement program. They handle the first 30–90 days of resettlement services for newly arriving refugees. Each operates a network of local affiliates which provide on-the-ground case management.
