The province’s invitation page says PSTQ invitations are issued separately for each stream. July 3 broke that pattern.

The round also marked a first. It was the first official invitation round in which all four streams were represented in the same draw. The whole program showed up at once.
Stream 1, Highly qualified and specialized skills, sits at the program’s more specialized end. The title separates it from the broader work categories. It is one route, not a general pool.
Stream 2, Intermediate and manual skills, covers a different profile. Its name points to work that does not fall in the same category as Stream 1. That split is built into the program.
