CMB Pennsylvania Regional Center, LLC

USCIS-approved EB-5 Immigrant Investor Regional Center · authorized in 7 states

Important. USCIS approval of a regional center means only that the entity has been designated to sponsor EB-5 capital investments — it is not an endorsement of any project, business plan, expected returns, or investment outcome. EB-5 is a high-risk investment. Verify the center's current status on the official USCIS approved list and consult independent legal and financial advisors before committing capital.

    What is a Regional Center?

A USCIS-designated EB-5 Regional Center pools capital from multiple foreign investors (each investing the EB-5 minimum — currently $800,000 for projects in Targeted Employment Areas (TEAs) or $1.05 million elsewhere) into job-creating commercial enterprises across a defined geographic area. Each investor's qualifying investment must result in the creation or preservation of at least 10 full-time U.S. jobs, but Regional Center investors can count both direct and indirect/induced jobs — a key advantage over standalone (direct) EB-5 filings.

Regional Center designation must be re-authorized periodically. Always confirm a center's current approval status with USCIS before relying on it for an EB-5 petition.
