In Draw #203, IRCC set the CRS cutoff at 764 and issued 635 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) on September 1, 2021. This means all candidates in the Express Entry pool with a CRS score of 764 or higher received an invitation to submit a permanent residence application.

This was a Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) draw. PNP draws have high CRS cutoffs because provincial nominations add 600 points to a candidate's score. A provincial nomination virtually guarantees an Express Entry invitation.
