What is the H-1B visa?

What are the H-1B quotas?

What costs must employer pay?
Employers must pay USCIS filing fees, fraud prevention fee, and ACWIA fee. The $100K supplemental fee (if applicable) is also the employer’s responsibility. Attorney fees may be split.
