  • HIV/Hepatitis B exists in this country and travellers should take care if dealing with needles or engaging in sexual activity when visiting. Additional pre flight vaccinations for Hepatitis A and Tetanus are also strongly recommended.
  • There is a minor threat of contracting Rabies from wild animal bites and visitors and their children should exercise caution when dealing with any stray dogs whilst visiting the country. If bitten, travellers should clean the wound and seek immediate medical assistance.

  • A copy of your passport should be kept on you at all times and produced if stopped by the police whilst travelling the country.
